A Weekend in the Life (weekend creative follow-up)

I love this project.
The simple act of remembering to have your camera on hand results in some of the best, most unexpected photos.
I took a ton of shots (more on Saturday compared to Sunday).
For my project this time I decided to do a large digital gathering of 3 inch x 3 inch cropped photos to showcase the weekend. I like seeing all the individual parts of our weekend brought together to create the whole. I will be uploading this today for printing along with most of the photos (scrapbookpictures.com). I have a bunch of specific stories in mind to tell once I get them back from the developer.
Here's a few of my favorite individual shots:
If you played along this weekend feel free to leave a link to your blog or project in the comments. I hope you enjoyed the process.
I would love to see how you chose to document the weekend.
Happy Monday!
I loved all of your pics! :) I will be working on my W.C. Project today! :) I am so excited! :) Thanks, Ali! :)

What sweet photos, Ali! I especially love the ones of you with Anna in your lap as you're reading to her and the one that Simon took of you all in the bathroom mirror. I have to second what Cathy wrote, you look amazing for having Anna recently! Way to go! :)
Thanks for this new weekend creative project. I remembered midway through Saturday so my first picture was at Old Navy, of the group of "Super Modelquins" as you first walk into the store. lol

Thanks for the inspiration! Way more picture taking on Saturday than Sunday but I know this week end will stand out in my memory because of the documentation. Thanks again!

What great photos you took--I love the one of you and Anna reading-----------
My documentation is more journaling than photos, but I kinda planned it that way. Looking forward to creating my layout!

Love the pictures! I did not play along but I am currently Project 365ing and I did your "Week in the Life" album track in Chicago. I just wanted to thank you for the reminder that I can do this for just a day or two - that I don't have to make it a huge project! Once Project 365 is over I will definitely be doing this next year.

You look so great! And tell Simon he's a rock star with the camera in the mirror. That's seriously one of my favorite shots of you all...

I too played along and had sooo much fun! I am blogging my 365 pics but liked the entire Friday eve to Sunday eve routine. Now by Sunday afternoon my kids and my hubby were I think hiding from me when I'd come around the corner! :) I want to do a collage like you used and will too print w/ scrapbookpictures.com, love them! Thank You for the inspiration! :)

I loved playing along. What I enjoy the most is capturing the ordinary, the everyday which I normally don't. Thanks for the inspiration and encouragment.
Also think you look great for someone whose baby is still so small. My "baby" is a 9 year old...sigh!

I just love the phtos Ali. Thanks so much for inspiring us. Nobody in the industry inspires me as much as you do when it comes to documenting my life and telling the story. What an awesome gift you have.
The photo of you reading to Anna is priceless, she is so into it at such a young age. The family shot that Simon took is amazing. Good for him.
I didn't have the time to do this wknd but it's on my list. It's something that is defintely achievable.
Lastly and most importantly I want to say how AMAZING you look. You gave birth not too long ago and just look wonderful. I don't think Mama's get enough credit.
Have a great day,
Take care,
Paola
