One of my favorite summer traditions is something I actually just got back from... going to the farmers market with my mom... I always have to get some fruit, veggies, and who knows what else... plus I love to see all the random people from town that we run into... and before we leave we always get a chocolate croissant for me and a almond croissant for mom! yummy!

Thanks Ali :) I always get new ideas from your sponsors and they have such great products.
My favorite summer tradition would definitely have to be spending as much time barefoot or in sandals as possible.
My new summer tradition this year is a spa pedicure, a reward to myself on my weight loss journey as I am almost a year out from weight loss surgery.

favourite summer traditions?
I love picking flowers from my garden and filling my home with them. My daughter enjoys it too and is always coming up with cute ideas for vases, like Yop containers peeled of all labels and different ribbons tied around the top. Very pretty when grouped.

My fav summer tradition is having a big fish fry at our house. Dh and all the guys go fishing in Canada every early summer, so we have a big friday night fish fry with all the families. We hang out, eat, eat a little more, share life, take pics, eat some more and relax. It's a blast!

Not having a set schedule. With 3 kids in school and all the extracurricular activities it's nice not having to be somewhere at a certain time.

My siblings and their kids and I go to my parents house for a week in August. We ride bikes, go to the county fair, have water fights. I love seeing the cousins play together. There's always at least one gray day, where we stay inside and create stuff and play games. Good times!

Our family camps every summer at the beach. When we were younger, it was always for a week. Now, my mom stays for 2 weeks and I stay for 2 weeks. The kids come and go when they can. So much fun.

We're planning to create a new summer tradition--last night we bought a small fire bowl to put in our backyard so we can make s'mores. Can't wait to help the kids make their first ones!
