My current fav is a photo of my son Byron on his 13th birthday (last month). It was not set up, snapped quickly, maybe not a technical masterpiece but it just captures his sweet and happy nature and my mama heart just expands when I see it.
Yes, it's on my blog if you want to see :)

My most favorite recent photo is of my 5 year old son walking on a pile of HUGE rocks and in the background is an extremely large playground. I love it because it seems as if he is enjoying the rocks way more than the huge playground.

My favorite picture is one of my daughter & husband. We are on the beach, its cold, and she's holding onto his leg. The picture is taken from behind...so you don't see any faces but you can still feel and see the story in the picture. I love the feeling this picture brings to me everytime I see it!

My fav photo at the moment is a bit of the wall.. We when to a motor-x event the other day (which is so not my normal thing to do) and one of the photo's was a total surprise - the audience was in focus and the bikes out of focus, due to someone else's flash... Love the surprise...

My favorite photo is of my almost two year old son. I caught a picture of him outside and I can see the light reflecting in his eyes. He has such a serene look on his face.

So many photos, it's hard to choose. I recently started a photography business and I'd have to say a photo of a little baby who has down syndrome is my alltime favorite photo. She is just precious.

My recent favorite photo is at Abraham Lincoln's birthplace. We are at the creek where he probably played and my daughter is looking at the camera with a cute sassy little look while my husband is pointing out something to our youngest in the background. You can also see our older son too. A family togetherness type of photo!
You can see it here (second photo down): http://mozosonmission.blogspot.com/2009/06/on-road-again.html

We just got back from a weekend 'staycation', haven't even uploaded yet, but it's a shot of my peanut 6 yr old curled up asleep in the middle of the huge king size bed one morning. Really a lot of my shots are favorites so it's hard to just say one :)

my favorite photo today is one I took of my two girls (3 and 20 months) as they were chasing bubbles around the yard. To see them both reaching up to the sky trying to catch them ... I so hope I can help them do that with their dreams as they grow.

Without fail, my youngest nephew spends 85% of every summer day dripping wet from the backyard pool. I spent an afternoon photographing this daily event and found that this photo is my very favorite:

Not only is this face more serious than anything he usually does in a photo, but it also reflects the ever-present gleam in his eye that reveals his true nature: joyful mischief. This photo says "summer" and "my precious" in one single shot.

A beautiful shot of my niece Brooke.
She needed senior pictures but couldn't afford to visit a professional photographer. I have a nice camera but my good photos usually come from luck not skill. I figured though with an 8MB card I could take 1000 shots and hope we ended up with at least 3-4 good ones. No harm, no foul. If it didn't turn out we could always try again.
We lucked out with locations and lighting (late afternoon, hazy sun) and they turned out beautifully!!! So many good ones she had a hard time choosing. We were both in tears watching as they downloaded. It was a great afternoon!

I need to take more photos of things I haven't made ;)
I wasn't signed in so I'm not sure it'll link to anywhere, so melanie, from www.the-onion.net

My favorite picture is one of my daughter feeding the geese at a pond near our house. It just screams summer to me!

While hiking with my brother's family, I took a spontaneous shot. My two nieces, 12 & 9 are holding hands with their little brother, 2..... I got them from behind with the sun shining and the prairie grasses waving.
It just tugs at my heart how much those girls love their baby brother and he in turn looks up to both of them.

My favorite most recent photo is one taken just a little over a week ago on my 46th birthday. My mother, two sisters, two nieces and my great niece came over to my house for a birthday lunch. The picture is of me showing everyone a scrapbook page that my best friend made me (We've been best friends since 2nd grade!) She recreated a banner I made her in elementary school, into a scrapbook page. What got me most of all is that she still has this banner! It's about 35 years old!

My favorite current photo is one of my 14 year old son's soccer team with me right in the middle! I never have myself in the photos at soccer, so they made me get in the middle of this one. (I take all the photos for the team.) I put the caption "I love this team" right underneath it.
