I am currently inspired by how easy it is to recycle ordinary elements around the house into my craft projects. My daughter and I recently made two dozen cards using bits and pieces of old embellishments and a few pieces of cardstock. We punched images out of old Christmas cards and other memorabilia to make a new holiday set this weekend. I tear pages out of magazines and sales ads for the colors or borders. I even used my Starbucks paper bag for the cool quote that was printed on it! Go (being) GREEN!!

My drab walls are inspiring me to paint them and my Benjamin Moore paint swatch book is inspiring me to choose colour! I love colour on my walls. I just finished painting my powder room Grey Wisp and I love it! Next is my ensuite in Colorado Grey! I wish I could get all my favourite paint swatch colours in cardstock!
