Today, I did not one but two things just for myself! This morning, when I got dressed, I picked out an outfit that I knew I'd feel good in, both for comfort and for style. This afternoon, I spent a couple of hours browsing and shopping at the Fall Fair put on by the state guild for artisans and craftsmen, reveling in the beauty and creativity on display in every booth. =)

So many fun responses to this. I have loved reading them; I even read many aloud to my 22 yr old daughter. She loved hearing them too! For me, I took time to reorganize one (of the thousands) of spots in my house that needs cleaning and organizing. It felt sooo good to have the paper mess all organized and looking pretty in a basket with cute, decorated personalized file folders. Also, i signed up for your yesterday and today class!

This past weekend I drove up to the summer camp I attended to as a child and later as a staff member. It was a great weekend away and my heart feels so filled with memories, friends and my spirit feels a bit renewed as well.

I love those address labels. I went to a salon and finally got my hair cut again (it had been way too long). I know that sounds sad that it is the only thing that I can think of that I've done just for me, but life has been busy with trying to buy a house, working, fall busyness, etc...
