My favorite Christmas tradition is reading all of the Christmas stories we have collected. Many are old friends from childhood that are now making memories for my daughter.
Thank you, as always, for the great giveaways and the opportunity to win.

I'm newly married, so I started a December tradition TODAY. I made eggnog french toast with apple-cranberry compote for breakfast, played Christmas music, and decorated the tree with my husband.

One of my favorite holiday traditions is after church on Christmas Eve. The kids get on their Christmas jammies, we fix hot chocolate, and ride around and look at Christmas lights.

We get together on Christmas Eve to drive the neighborhoods in a car caravan looking at all the beautiful Christmas lights. We tune our car radios to the local Christmas channel and "Bah Bah" makes up cookie bags for the kids filled with gingerbread men, frosted shape cookies, spritz and peppermint sticks. After about an hour, we pop on over to the local coffee shop for hot drinks to warm up!

The Christmas Tree - I just love how the twinkle of the lights can fill our home with such happiness, how everything (even folding laundry) is more magical when done by the light of the tree. The meaning and memories behind decorations ... I just love all of it!

Without a doubt, my favorite Christmas tradition is having a large ham dinner with the family on Christmas Eve. We eat by candle and firelight, and, if it's snowing, we turn to flood lights on. Family, food, and a warm fire; what could be better?!
