We do a "sack of fun" night for Chanukah - it is basically stocking stuffers for Jewish folk - a big pillowcase, decorated, filled with little "necessity" gifts such as chapstick, socks, and the like....it is our favorite night of the holiday! Thanks for another great giveaway, Ali!

Favorite tradition - after getting up Christmas morning and opening the presents, we all gather around the breakfast table for warm carmel rolls that are baking while we opening presents.

I always like to take one night and drive around and look at Christmas lights. Hubby and i get cozy in the car, listen to music, talk, and enjoy the lights. It can be very romantic!

What great giveaways. One of our faborite tradition is going to see the Macy's 8th floor display and then having lunch!

My favorite December tradition has to be our Christmas Eve pajama contest. Whoever has the most creative jammies wins the prize. It's so fun to see how extreme everyone will get with their outfits.

My favorite holiday tradition is all the homemade goodies I try to do each year. From homemade candies, to homemade gift tags; photo albums/photo books to ornaments... it's the part about this season I enjoy the most!

My favorite December tradition is having my children in a christmas program at church. It helps ground me in the reason for the season.

My favorite this to do is listen to christmas tunes! the all-christmas-all-the-time radio station goes on first thing in the morning on black friday and i have a huge playlist on itunes dedicated to this most wonderful time of the year!

My favorite tradition is unwrapping our new PJs on Christmas Eve and heading to the backyard to sprinkle our Reindeer Food on the lawn for Santa. (The renideers get to graze while Santa is delivering the goodies!)

I really don't have just one favorite tradition, I love everything about the Christmas holidays.

One of my favorites is getting my children a new ornament every Christmas. I try to find something that represents something from the previous year (for example a musical note when my son started playing the trumpet, ski's to commemorate the year he first ski'd etc.)
I had NO ornaments of my own when it was time to start my family. I hope that they will either take these with them when they start their own families/traditions or they will remain on my tree for years; little reminders of amazing years.

My favorite december tradition is going over to our friends house and making cookies and listening to xmas music with cocoa. All our families live far from us, but being together with great friends means the world to me.

My favorite Christmas tradition is reading Twas' the Night Before Christmas on Christmas Eve - snuggled on the couch in our new PJs.

I have a few favorite December traditions: first we go with my brother and sister in-law to go get out Christmas tree - we have done this for about 9 years. Then we plan our couple's dinner night and get together to celebrate with our friends. I also have a get together with my girlfriends and have a secret santa party. Then I buy new Christmas ornaments one each to represent something for that year for the grandkids and my kids, we decorate the christmas tree and then we take turns pointing out our favorite ornaments. It is all about coming together.

I love having Hanukkah dinner with good friends. Lots of good conversation, laughter and cheer. The latkas are the best part of Hanukkah dinner! :)

My favorite tradition takes place on Christmas Eve - Noche Buena! My family cooks a traditional Cuban meal... fried plaintains, pork roast, black beans, and rice pudding... soooo yummy.

My favorite Christmas tradition is sipping hot tea with my boyfriend after we put up our tree. We sit on the couch, admire our hardwork, and talk about our memories and all the new ones we'll make together.
