Sponsor Giveaways : Studio Calico, Memory Works, Lisa Leonard, & Designer Digitals

Three people will win the entire Home Front collection (papers, stickets, journaling cards, and FabRips) from Studio Calico.
The concept of Studio Calico began long before it was a reality. In 2000, while working at a local scrapbook store, April developed an appreciation for innovative supplies along with a respect for preserving memories. Thus, the concept of combining fresh products with non-traditional scrapbook supplies emerged.
At Studio Calico, we hope to encourage the creative process by providing the best supplies on the market as well as a community that is supportive every step of the way.
In the past 2 years we've grown from an idea, to a small boutique of sorts, to manufacturing our own products. As we've grown, we've stayed true to the basics, while looking to the future.

Three people will receive the lovely Word Of The Year necklace from Lisa Leonard Designs.
In addition Lisa is offering a discount for readers. Enter "myword15" for 15% off your purchase.

One person will receive the Life Documented kit from the new Simple Stories collection by MemoryWorks.

My word is TEND, as in tending to myself and my family more and tending toward new ideas. I will be cooking more and playing more and yoga everyday!

As I stated before I selected "restore" for my word for 2010. I woke up New Years Day with a clean slate and looking head on to the year. I'm confident that my word will be used each and every day. I'm so excited for this change and eager to wake up each morning to restore all that has been lost. This is a huge thing for me and I've never been more at peace.

To help me remember the power of my word, CHOICE, I've made a little word sign that I see everyday which reminds me to "choose wisely". Everything is a choice, and my responsibility is to always use wisdom in my choices.

My action of the year is "live in the moment" I resolve to not let my cares lead my mind into the past or the future but instead take each day as it comes and deal with each issue in the moment.

Happy New Year, Ali! Thanks for the "one little word" inspiration and the opportunity to win! My word for the year is KINDNESS. I'm going to start memorizing Colossians 2:12-14 AND finding ways to use the word and the verses through my home - as reminders. :)

I don't have a word, but my resolution is to scrapbook more. Last year I did hardly any due to a hard pregnancy, so this year I vow to get more done! :)

I'm really looking forward to clearing the clutter in 2010 ... my word, SIMPLIFY. (Yikes, did I just commit to it?!?)

My word is INTENTION. I want my everyday life to reflect the intentions I have. If I catch myself doing, saying, or thinking something that does not reflect the intended way I want to live my life, I stop it immediately. It worked like a charm yesterday. One day down, 364 more to go!

My word is "commit" and I have made an action plan for the five areas of my life I am working to improve. Checklists keep me accountable and keep it in the front of my mind each day. Happy New Year, Ali!

I don't have a word for the year. I do have goals, more reading, being more active, completing projects that are sitting on my table as well as starting new. Hmmm... maybe my word should be MORE. More of everything :)

My word for 2010 is 'me'. You might ask why, 'cause it's such a selfish word.
It's not meant to be selfish, but after a bad break-up just before the holidays, I need to focus on me.
I need to make sure I am doing okay.
So, I'm going to work out, eat better and especially enjoy and focus on all the things that make me happy.

I'm keeping my 2009 word for 2010:FINISH. I still seem to have a problem starting projects but not finishing them. I am going to master the "finish" this year!

My word is FOCUS . . . the idea is to do less, but whatever it is that I do, do it well and with intention. Focus on parenting, marriage and work . . . that will be plenty! So, today I will be intentional when my kids talk with me - I'll look in their eyes and listen with ears, eyes and heart!

My word is "blessed". After having our third daughter in April, I have been feeling overwhelmingly blessed! I am resolving to take the time to count my blessings and appreciate them rather than take them for granted and let them fall by the wayside. I have so many blessings in my life and this year I want to appreciate, and document, them!
