My favorite was buying the school supplies. But I also loved doing research for papers and projects.

I loved school so much that I became a teacher. =) I teach kindergarten and make a scrapbook for each kid to take with them at the end of the year. So this kit would be perfect.

It was always to fun to call friends to see which teacher everyone had. I loved the new pencils, crayons, and spiral. We were isolated from everyone during the summer so school starting was always filled with excitement.

I loved everything about school - from the books and the new pencils and new crayons to the smell of chalk on the chalkboard and the excitement of meeting my new teacher and classmates. I loved school so much that I came home every day and played school with my dolls and stuffed animals until it was time for dinner, homework, and bed. Any surprise then that I became a teacher? :)
