Art Class...the smell of the white paste and any or all of the art supplies like crayons, paint, paper, glitter, etc.

I loved that in 3rd grade my teacher would teach us sign language and then her son would come in to our class (he was deaf) and then we got to watch her communicate with him. It was so touching as a 9 year old to witness that.

I loved 5th grade. My teacher was awesome. We made and launched model rockets in science class that year, very memorable.
