Protesting Perfect | The Gifts Of Imperfection Book Giveaway
Tags:Today I'm joining a protest of perfection with a giveaway of my friend Dr. Brené Brown's new book The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are.
I'm going to keep this simple: this book could change your life. You'll laugh, probably cry, learn a bunch about shame, resilience, kindness, letting go, compassion, mindfulness, and come out of the experience with ammunition for the fight against perfectionism.
Perfection is so over-rated. Imperfect is beautiful and real.
TO BE ENTEREDinto this special giveaway please fill in the blank on one of the phrases below and post it in the comment section:

I am too busy being a mum to be perfect. (but what I really mean is: I am too stressed running around to ballet practice, swimming lessons, daycare, work, making lunches, cooking tea, and folding washing to be perfect)
