I have been watching my kids love their sports (football and soccer) all weekend. Love seeing them be active.

My 4 year-old daughter and I made mint chocolate chip ice cream today using fresh mint. It was so good and so much fun to make together.

I have been doing absolutely nothing but tomorrow I am scrapbooking.

I picked up a 2nd hand bookcase that is ultra cool and am restoring and painting it today! Always been something I've wanted to do and now I finally am! Yay.

I have not seen my parents for 3 years.Now, after battling with breast cancer she was able to come and visit her first grandson. We went to meet with my family in law and we had the chance to see a Pink Floyd cover band. That made our day.

We (my daughters and I) are just hanging out at home this weekend as daddy is working. Maybe get some scrapbooking done!

I worked on a couple of Basic Gray pages from a kit I received this past week from The Scraproom. Other than that, I just enjoyed a beautiful fall day in the midwest.

Corn was picked in the field by our house. We went for a walk in the stubble, took some fun pics on our Fuji instax and picked up leftover husks to make cornhusk dolls.

This weekend is my niece's wedding, which is vintage 50's themed, held at a historic theater. So cool - and it was a perfect fit for such a super cute & fun couple!

our dog was just diagnoised with lung and prostate cancer. so we took him to the beach his favorite place for the last time. :(

Wow, so many comments! I love Evalicious so much and this journal would be a treat! Today we went to a farm, bought some pumpkins & carved them at home with friends. It was great!

This weekend...trying to get some of my scrap stuff unpacked and start a project of some type. It's been a long time, too long, hoping for the best this weekend!!

For me, I'll be gluing several hundred rhinestones into a plaque and since I haven't had the chance to be crafty in awhile, I will welcome the gluey fingers!

But, I think the most fun thing to happen in this house this weekend, is watching Hubby & son create a wand for son's Harry Potter costume from a branch in the backyard. It came out really cool & our boy was so excited to get to shave the bark off himself! :>
