Ok...a little off the grid to be "fun" but I'm cleaning the attic...something about donating the clothes we don't use, tossing the "junk", and even finding some treasures (some old school work from my oldest daughter, some tiny girly shoes, and some neat stitch on art to use on a few layouts) is making me happy right now! : )

Making Halloween cards for my niece and nephew.

we're at cannon beach remembering the life of my father in law. fun to share the beach with our children. sad to remember that grandpa is no longer with us.

We are spending the weekend decorating the house and yard for Halloween. We've put together a scarecrow and put out pumpkins and flowers. Everything now looks like Fall.

I live in the Midwest about 50 miles from the Missippi river. We are going by the river taking a scenic ride to see all the beautiful Fall colors on the river road.
