This weekend I am truely thankful for the opportunity to network with friends yet to be met and use to my laptop to study online at home, Ive dedicated the next couple of hours to my OLW Shine project and I'm so excited to have a creative outlet and to have been intoduced to Ali through my dear cousin in law Soraya,

This weekend I am thankful for my son being safe in Grand Cayman where he is working - I had a strange dream about him last night! I had to text him this morning just to make sure!
I am thankful for our old clunky Jeep with which I was able to take a load of construction garbage to the dump with.
I am thankful for my old house that I am renovating which is so cozy even though it's in a state of continual renovation.

I am thankful for the opportunity to attend a Faith and Fitness event with 2 good friends today. It was a wonderful day spent in fellowship, yoga and a great speaker on how to nourish your soul. One thing she said that really struck a cord with me is that there are healing powers in sharing our stories.
