Three people will receive a word necklace from Lisa Leonard Designs.
Lisa's been a great supporter of One Little Word the past few years and came up with a really lovely design for this year's words. For 2011, "the word of the year necklace is a thick, narrow tag with a large ball, strung from sterling chain and finished with a freshwater pearl. we'll hand-stamp the tag with your very own word."
A simple necklace is a wonderful way to commemorate your one little word.

I am grateful for learning to live more in faith of our Lord in 2010. That was my "one word" for 2010...faith. It is going to be an ongoing study for the rest of my life...one that I am looking forward to. Faith in the everyday.

I am grateful for my family's health - a few challenges this year. My word this year is movement - I thought a lot about words, and this one kinda combines a bunch of different ones. I started the year off with a hike with my daughter, the best kind of movement!

I am grateful that this year I had a workplace that was a bit over 1 mile from my house. This was the first time I did not need to drive at least 25 minutes from my home every day, in my 22 year career. I was close to my preschool kids and could zip home in a flash if needed. I was very fortunate. I am not there this year, 45 minutes drive each way....maybe next year I might be closer, one can only hope.

It took us a year to get our master bath tiles and back in working order - thank you for making me feel normal. I was embarrassed that it took us this long to get someone hired and get the job done!

I'm greatful for two healthy daughters, a faithful husband and a loving cat! I'm greatful for my oldest learning to drive and volunteering at the nearest hospital. I'm greatful for my youngest making the volleyball team. I'm greatful for my husband and I being able to bring home monthly income and provide for our family. I'm greatful that my husband allows me time away to scrapbook our life together.

Geeze...my goal for 2011 is to actually scrap something, anything and everything! I've been pouring over your site determined to start and finish a project this year! I can always find something "more important"...not sure where to start etc...I have great ideas in my head but....A word for me would be one that combines wanting to be a better person as an example for my children and wanting to fulfill some of my dreamy goals. Awe ha...my daughter helped with "Persistence"
