Every night I take a bath and read a just-for-fun book. I may only get one chapter before the kids or husband need me, but I always allow myself the time to read at least one chapter.

Break time is definitely a bubble bath and the latest book I'm reading.

If I am reading a good book, it is a treat to take a break and read. Or I watch something I recorded.

I don't believe that a break has to be a passive activity, just a change up. Believe it or not I take a break by playing video games...the tougher the better. It's an escape but also keeps my mind active and happy. Ironically that relaxes me.

My favorite way to take a break is to read a good book in a quiet spot, preferably in the sun! Either that, or scrap =)

My break time usually involves paper and adhesive. For the past couple of months I've only had time to do cards and bookmarks -- but both give me "break time".

My favorite is to go up in the alps and watch the problems become smaller step by step as all the houses in the valley do.
If this is not possible i'll end up with blog hopping ;-)

I wish I could say scrapbooking, but sadly that isn't the case anymore. Going to the gym is very important for my health so I go and listing to really loud music on my ipod and take a break-I don't allow myself to think about anything stressful.

For me, taking a break means sitting down on the couch with a drink and my iPhone (or my hubby's iPad!) and surfing the net. :)
Thanks for the chance to win!

I hang out in my scrapbook room and sit at the computer reading my favorite blogs and checking out amazon and B&N to add books to an already long list!

My favorite way to take a break is to either read, craft, or sleep - just depends on why I need that break!

For me actually running is my way of taking a break lately. I never would have thought that never in a million years if you would have asked me just 4 mths ago I would have said eating something sweet was my go to break choice, Now I grab my Ipod jump on my IPOD and run. Yesterday I ran my fastest 5K which felt awesome. After that run I hit my craft table and made 3 layouts. JUST what I needed! Happy Weekend darling.

My favorite way to take a break is to go to my craft room, turn on some iTunes, and see what kind of scrapbooking project I have in progress that I can putter with a little bit. Always refreshes me so I'm ready to go back to the challenges of the day!

It is probably the most unproductive way to take a break, but Sunday afternoon naps seem to replenish my sleep bank and allow me to get through the week and have a little rejuvenation.
Love The Daily Digi. Thanks for the opportunity.
