Wow, great prizes - thanks for the chance to win :)
It depends what I'm taking a break from!! It might be a coffee and chat; playing a game with the kids; curling up with a good book; snuggling up with my husband in front of a TV programme.... All good :)

Of course, my favorite way to take a break is by getting my scrap on, but I also love to travel.

My favorite way to take a break is to play soccer or ski. I've never been a sit still kind of person and the best way I can reconnect is to do something physical that requires all of me be present and alert. Thanks for the giveaway. Happy weekend everyone!

Oh I love those colors! And the label stickers! Yum!
I love to be home alone puttering. I can get so much done, and it is so quiet. Of course, in order to be home alone, DH has to take two crazy kids under 4 out to the park by himself, so this rarely happens! But oh how it restores my soul!!!

My favorite way to take a break is to watch movies. I get lost in them. If I find myself getting up in the middle of the movie--that basically means its not a good movie.
Happy weekend!

It depends on how much time I have. More often than not I escape upstairs to my craft room to work on a project or just sit in the silence and enjoy a good book. Running out to get frozen yogurt also seems to do the trick nicely.

My favorite way to take a break is to mindlessly surf the internet for inspiration, looking at layouts and blog, etc. Most of my computer time is spent very focused, so when I get on just to browse, it's truly me time.

My favorite way to take a special break is to get out the scrapbooks I've already created and reminisce. A spiked hot cocoa (with a dash of Kahlua) makes this extra special.

This time of year my favorite break is to sit for awhile by the fire with a cup of mocha and watch the snow fall or gaze at the mountains. Relaxing!

I have a big framed print of one of Georgia O'Keeffe's purple pansies in my workroom. The wall it is on has a paint border of bright happy pink. If I need a short break I love to just sit and look at the flower, and the pink border above it always makes me happy.

I love going through my google reader, watching on of my favorite shows, or scrapbooking of course. I would really love a daily digi subscription, but since we are starving students we really can't afford it.
