This is so beautiful. I want to share this with my 11 year old daughter who is really struggling with being different this year. It is a hard age to be different. Thank you for such a wonderful quote.
AWESOME sentiment, Ali! This is a fundamental truth that I am trying to instill in my daughter - she is almost 6 and starting to see differences between herself and others, between other children, etc...such an important part of developing a positive self image!!! I see that some others have the same idea as myself - can we look forward to seeing this on a stamp? Perhaps a Studio AE stamp kit?? PLEASE?!?!?!?
Thanks for this "nugget of wisdom"....
Great sentiment & lovely word art, Ali. I've raised my daughter (who's almost 16) to embrace her individuality and I'm proud of her and admire her that she's so comfortable in her own skin. If only I could champion myself the way I've championed her. I'm a work in progress. :)
Thank you for reminding each of us to appreciate our quirks and unique attributes that nobody else possesses in quite the same combination as we do. =)
love this quote!

Love this! Can I use this for my DD's birthday card? If everyone could just GET this message, then every one would be content. Thanks!

I live this. Is it okay if I print this and use it for a scrapbook page. I've got a great idea brewing.

We all are unique and embracing our "youness" is a great gift to learn at any age. Took me till my 40's.

I've used this to illustrate something I've been pondering this week (with credit). Hope this is ok...
