1st thank you for the week. I'm special because I have beat Cancer, have MS and a few other medical conditions, but I'm happier than ever just to be alive and I live every day as if it were my last. I've retired to a beach community and swim in the ocean every day and feel so connected to life.

I TRY to be special to my kids and grandkids by finding what they do well in the ARTS. Some feel they can't be as good as someone else, and are intimidated until they find they REALLY can shine in their own way. When that little lightbulb comes on with a smile on their face, it's worth more than all the money in the world to me.

I think I am special because I have the ability and the love to scrapbook my life and the lives of my family for many generations to come after me to treasure.

Mine would have to be my sense of humor and my laugh......... :)

I am great at capturing pictures of my friends and their children that really capture who they are. My friend often comments on how I need to go on vacation with them so they'll have pictures of it all.

Thank-you for the chance at this spectacular giveaway. I am special because I am the mother of an amazing 34 year old man who is developmentally delayed. I am lucky enough to be able to keep him living in my home where we interact constantly and I know he is safe.

One thing that is special about me? I think there are many things special about me (as there are for each one of us)...so I think I'll just pick one and say my connection with animals is special. I think that most animals can sense that I have a kind soul and would never hurt them. Stray dogs are always drawn to me, just from the sound of my voice.

I feel special lately because my 3-year-old, out of the blue, said "Momma I need you!". The awesome thing is, I need her just as much! Thanks for the chance to win!

...special about me...well, i'm the only one of me, so that's pretty special.

I love to make art projects, cards, scrapbooks, jewelry and mixed-media pieces...and each thing I make is one-of-a-kind...I think that is special! :-)

Ali - thank you for being so inspiring! The question as others have said is very hard, but to answer, I would say that I enjoying encouraging others to scrapbook as an outlet for themselves. A friend once told me that the scrapbooks she creates for her children are like personal journals she writes/creates for them. Other friends scrapbook to connect to happy times in their life. I think we all need some outlet and a week in the life is a great way to put everyday into perspective. Thank you for the chance to win your awesome giveaway!!!

As for why am I special....because, I am me and always try to see the positive in even the worst times. Plus I love the fact that I can learn just about anything crafty, and am blessed to be able to teach others who want to learn.......Thank you for listening.... :)
