Thank You Somerset Memories | Featuring Project Life
Tags:A few months ago I received an email from Jana at Somerset Memories asking if I'd be interested in sharing my album and doing a bit of writing about how I'm using Project Life this year.
I thought that sounded like a great idea - as most of you know, this is a project that I wholeheartedly love.
I picked up the Autumn 2011 issue yesterday morning and it was so cool to see these images in print. I thought they did a great job photographing the pages and I really loved having the opportunity to share about this project.
Thank you Somerset Memories!

Congrats Ali! I"m just starting Project Life this week thanks to your inspiration. My 12 yo daughter is doing her own along with me. I can't wait to sit down to put our first week in the binder together. At this age there isn't much she wants to do with the family...so doing Project Life together is a very sweet thing!

Congrats, Ali! I love that publication (and all of their publications - even have a submission in to the digi one as we speak, we'll see what happens...) BUT, I've so loved watching your book unfold over this year and I'm seriously considering doing it next year. I hesitate because it's just my hubs and I at home and it seems like we have less "life" going on. But then, why do I always feel like I'm always running from one thing to the next? :) Hey, it's OUR life and that's the reason to document it! Thanks for all your constant inspiration, though! Hope all is well with you... :)

Congrats on the article. I actually contemplated NOT doing Project Life in 2012 until I took a moment and went back through my book from 2010. I just don't think I can't NOT do it. It's such a great little snippet of everyday life. I found myself enjoying going through all of those pictures and bits of journaling. It's a huge undertaking (having reached the "home stretch" for 2011), but I just love what I have when it's done. Your post reminded me of this. Thanks.

Congrats Ali! I still have all of your articles from Creating Keepsakes mag that I tore out and put in a binder. I refer to them for inspiration all the time. I will have to search out this mag as I have not seen it before.
