I love my mom's persimmon cookies. At Christmas I use her recipe and have tried to make them taste exactly like hers used to taste. She has been gone 16 years and my favorite Christmas memories are of her cooking and baking during the holidays.

Sugar cookies, especially my mom's soft ones. So yummy! This is also a favorite of some of the kids I grew up with, who email me asking for mom's sugar cookies.

My favorite thing to eat during the holidays is pecan pie. I only eat it twice a year - Thanksgiving and Christmas. I have really enjoyed your December Daily posts. Thanks for the chance at this wonderful prize.

I make these super easy super yummy treats that I love to eat:
250' for 7 min.
Line baking sheet w/foil
Put small pretzel on foil
Add Rolo candy on top of pretzel
Put nut (I use pecan) on top of Rolo
Put in oven until melted.
YUMMY!

OHH I NEED THIS!! My favorite thing to eat around the holidays is our tradition on xmas eve smores and pizza and xmas morning a breakfast cassorole!! LOVE IT!
