One of our long-standing traditions is to make Christmas cookies during the holidays. It began with my grandmother and my mom doing it, then I jumped in, then after my grandma passed, it was just me and my mom. Now that mom's gone too, my 15-year old son and his friends and I carry on the tradition...the chocolate chip cookies are my favorites!

I love to eat Chocolate Pizzelle cookies. And haha, I learned Italian about 10 years back, and it never dawned on me until I just wrote this out that it technically probably means "little pizzas". Makes sense.

Growing up, on Christmas Eve, we would always eat cheese fondue. So that is my favorite! And it's so easy. Merry Christmas, Ali!
