My grandma (who will be 102 on Christmas Day) always used to make us lefse. She taught me how to make it so I can carry on the tradition.

When I was a little girl my granny made this amazing fudge. It was wonderful. She developed Altheimers before she could pass the recipe on to me. For years I've been trying every recipe I can find to try and recreate it. I've come close but can never get it to that wonderful taste hers had. I miss that fudge.

I will be SHOCKED if anyone else says the same thing as me but during the holidays my dad will always buy RAWHACK from the deli and we eat it on saltines. SSOOOO GOOD! i don't want to know the ingredients but boy is it yummy!! :-) Thanks Ali!

It's a cholesterol buster...we always have a traditional old english christmas dinner with prime rib and yorkshire pudding, with bread pudding for dessert! (my mom's lineage was on the mayflower and i love that we keep the connection going...)
