Right now it is carmels. I have found the easiest ever carmel recipe. No thermometer or stove. Just the microwave and some stirring. Super simple and so good!!

COOKIES (and candies)! Pretty much all of the things that aren't at all healthy. :-) I especially like fudge and the cookies with the chocolate kisses in the middle...oh...and I love the balls of chocolate covered with chocolate…and the homemade peanut butter cup balls….oh and sugar cookies with lovely frosting…and…and…and.. . ;-)

my mom's christmas dinner: prime rib, mashed potatoes,brussle sprouts w/ bacon and onion, green salad and home made rolls.....my waist in growing just thinking about it -5 days and counting!!! :)

In my family, Christmas is not Christmas without the cookies my mom has always made simply called Christmas Cut Out Cookies and the cardamom braid bread that we have for breakfast Christmas morning. I love both because they make me happy.
