This is awesome! My main diet this week has been my Mom's Christmas cheeseball and Mexican Wedding Cookies so I think they win as my favorites!

I'm with the many many others who like cookies, our super special cut-out sugar cookies to be exact. The baking and decorating always takes the better part of the day but it's definitely a tradition to keep.

Italian dessert Strufoli!

Oh, my favourite is this yummy thing I have no idea what is called in english... its a pork-dish, rolled pork with spices that is cooked, pressed and cooled.. i eat it cold rolled up in a traditional potato pancace thing we have here in scandinavia. i put canned beetroots in the wrap as well, yum! (mustard is also normal to add but i dont like that haha)

i also like the tiny white sossages we have as part of christmas eve dinner:D and gingerbread cookies of course:)
