I would have to say the best thing to eat at Christmas is the Turkey my husband makes, and the baking my mother-in-law sends each year.

My favorite thing to eat at Christmas is the Huckleberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake that my Mom makes for Christmas Breakfast. It is the only time she makes it!! MMMMM I can't wait!!

Stuffing and gingerbread (not together of course)!

My favorite treat is Krumkake. It's a very thin cookie baked in a press with designs on it, then rolled up when it's hot. When the hot butter in the batter cools, you have a cone. Into that cone at the last minute can go whipped cream, chocolate mousse or whatever your family loves. This year will be bittersweet making my krumkake because an annual delivery to our next door neighbor (a Norwegian) will be sad as he passed away suddenly a week ago. RIP Sid Nelson

I would have to say all the yummy cookies. I remember my neighbor always making krumkakes and sugar wafers. I have now made them myself the past 2 years which my children enjoy as much as I did. A new tradition! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Oh my! Favorite thing to eat during the holidays? Obscene amounts of chocolate. Does that count?! ;) I also am partial to cheesecake and mashed potatoes.
