My favorite thing to eat during the holiday season is traditional Scandinavian foods my mom or I make such as Lefse or the traditional dinner we have on Christmas Eve, which is steamed lamb ribs. Yum.

What a giveaway! Someone may need to add on an extra room to hold all the goodies. I look forward to Chex Mix & Russian Teacakes during the holidays. There's lots of other stuff I like and will, most definitely, eat, but those are holiday staples. My mother is making the Russian Teacakes tomorrow. It's what I ask for every year as my gift from her.
