i love all the christmas treats...

My favorite thing to eat at Christmas is my Christmas ham. Why, because I have a great glaze to bake over it and I only have ham once a year, so it seem very special to myself and family.

My favorite is my Mom's pumpkin bread. It just isn't Christmas without it! It's one of the few non-diet recipes she makes, ha ha!

My favorite holiday dish is gingerbread.

i love my aunt's cream cheese squares. they're two layers of chocolate chip cookie layed out in a square pan with sweetened cream cheese in the middle. yummy!

This is waaayyyy too hard. I have too many things I enjoy. I make our Christmas meal every year, lasagna and a yule log. I look forward to it every year. And my Mom's gingerbread cutout cookies, yum.

My favorite thing to eat during Christmas is a Portuguese vinha d'alhos which is so delicious but so bad for you.... garlic vinegar (soaked for 3 days) pork butt cut into bite sized pieces braised in olive oil... carmelizes the edges and the meat has a yummy garlicky fragrance and a slight bite from the vinegar... and peppermint/krispie bark! Awesome giveaway! My favourite thing is Christmas Eve supper. Since we cant be home to celebrate Ukr Christmas on 06JAN, we cook all 12 dished to enjoy the meal on the 24DEC. For a snack, it is the carmel popcorn twists (recipe on the back of the package). Yum!

That's hard to narrow down. But I would have to say my mom's homemade caramel...it melts in your mouth...it's requested by my friend's every year...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! One of these days, I'm going to have to learn how to make it.

I love peppermint puff cookies! Oreo cookies with a homemade peppermint marshmallow on top, coated in dark chocolate! So bad for you, but so delicious!
