Oh what a fun topic . . . But dangerous because it makes me hungry!!! Iced sugar cookies, peppermint/cocoa bark, spinach dips and cheese balls, shrimp with cocktail sauce . . . . Just like shopping for scrapbook supplies - I can't choose just one!!!

Last year I made some raspberry and ginger relish which goes marvellously well with Christmas ham. I'm looking forward to picking up the ham tomorrow and cooking the relish on Friday.

Hmmmm I would have to say that my favorite thing to eat during the holidays is peanut butter cookies (the kind where you put a mini peanut butter cup in the middle of a cookie). Soooooo good!

My favourite thing to eat over the holidays is FRESH FRUIT!! In NZ we have summer over Christmas, and the fresh fruit is plentiful!
