From one artist to a budding artist all I can do is smile and say: Go Simon Go!!

Now would be a perfect time to get him a sketch book and some "new" pens or pencils of his very own. You might even let him pick out his own sketch pad!

I always had sketchpads and markers growing up (my favorite "toy", if you will) and I still greatly enjoy getting to pick out a new sketch pad when I fill the last one! And there's nothing better than a new pack of pens or sketch pencils!

That is a great gift, I've always wanted to draw and can't, but God has given the talent to my granddaughter. I just finished reading a book you recommended last year, "The Beauty of Different". I enjoyed it.
