Returned home yesterday afternoon after almost a week on the Oregon coast for the Your Story Retreat.

It's a magical time for reflection, for sharing stories, for laughter, for walking on the beach, for embracing, for writing, for painting, for taking photos, for creating deep friendships and for finding yourself again.

Thanks Liz for inviting me to be a part of the adventure. Thanks Julie for taking the photo that so best captures my right now. Thanks to all the women who shared their stories and laughter and hearts.
