Today I want to introduce you to a new Friday series called Heart & Soul.
The simple goal is to share something that's lifted me up - something that's inspired me, made me think, opened me up or encouraged me to live more fully awake and alive.
Here's a little something that lifted me up this week:
Katie introduced me to this video on Monday (she found it via her Mom) and it was such a great start to the week.
Favorite line? You were made to be awesome.
Watching the video led me to checking out the people who produced the video: Soul Pancake. I love them. What a cool concept and wonderful way to spread good.
