Week In The Life™ 2015 | Sunday In Album
I want to begin today with a huge thank you for participating in this year's Week In The Life™.
I love seeing the enthusiasm and participation and support via social media and here on my blog.
Just a heads up that I will be doing this project earlier in 2016 - sometime in the Spring - in order to move it away from the Fall and spread out my bigger annual projects. I'll have a new available and more information in the new year.
Here's a look at my Sunday:
I really loved those 3 inch x 8 inch cards - so great for photos or for holding words.
On the Sunday card I added "we give thanks" to give a sense of completion to the week. I loved added those thick script words onto those cards this year.
I love when I look through the album that Saturday and Sunday look different than the rest of the week. Saturday was slow with few photos and Sunday is full of the green of summer - outdoor photos and photos of friends at our party. It shows more of the whole of our lives.
I added a 3 inch x 4 inch card again to the last spread. This card is great for the beginning or the ending of the week.
For my very last page I enlarged one of the backyard photos before the party and added the date and the statement, "Thank you God for this week in our lives."

Oh, wow. So beautiful. I love the sentiments you used on this last day. I can truly feel your gratitude. Your photos as always are lovely, beyond lovely, but even more then that, you really captured a slice of your life right now. Between the prompts and the photos, it just came together so nice. Thank you for sharing a part of yourself. Thanks for inviting me along. Michelle t

Thank you for all the inspirations and ideas for this project, the album looks stunning and I love how you incorporates so many photos of your self (during the week). I look forward to finding a little bit of time and work more with my own album soon (hopefully).

Ali, as usual your ideas and enthusiasm is very catching. I appreciate you sharing your talents with us.
I did the week in the life for the 1st time. I used CathyZielski's 6x8 photo templates and I actually COMPLETED it! YAY. After each digital page I made a physical page with many of your projects (digital and physical). and I'M SO stinking happy about it.
I don't have a website but I still wanted you to know that this project was fun, tiring but it captures my life and THAT is super awesome sauce!

I am thrilled to have participated in my first Week In The Life! Still working on my album and enjoying every minute I can steal to focus on it. Your posts have given me new ideas and LOTS of inspiration. Love your photos and have appreciated the motivation to capture this week in our busy lives. Our stories are a treasure and I hope one day my boys enjoy looking at these albums and remembering the everyday moments. Thank you, Ali!

Once again you have blown me away with your creativity. My favorite photo is the one of you and your friends outside at the table...such a wonderful way to spend a Sunday. Thank you for guiding us through this week!!!

I'm still wrapping up my days but it was a great project. I love doing this and then seeing the prior years that I managed it. Keep inspiring me!

Beautiful, Ali! This was my first time participating, and I definitely want to do it again. I did it the week my baby turned one, and I captured so many little details of our life right now that are going to change so much and so gradually that we won't even notice it. Now I can look back on this album and remember. So cool.

Love the way it turned out. Full of beautiful inspiration. Really love the album as well - I ordered the same one :-) I've been taking my time printing the photos and using some of the digital elements. Think I'll be assembling my album at Crop & Create Cornwall next weekend - wish you could be there...sigh...guess Becky Higgins will have to do...(TOTALLY kidding - such a huge fan of both of you!!) SCT is spoiling us with the opportunity to meet the best in the industry.

Ali, do you know if your kits are all sold out? i bought the grey and white album/kit and ONLY got the album. I've not had any success getting responses to my conversations, either.
Hi - sounds like it was a shipment issue - it defintiely should have been delivered with a kit. Customer Service will be happy to take care of that for you. Also please know that we aim for a 24-48 hour response window. If it goes longer than that please let me know!

A huge thank you Ali for your support and guidance during Week in the life. I loved the process and will definitely do it again! I loved the facebook group but like many don't have a blog. I will share my album on the facebook page once it is complete!

My digital book is close to being finished. I did enjoy this . I happened to be with my children and grandchildren when I did this, making this especially valuable. I would like some hints on how to make this interesting without children and grandchildren. This also applies to December Daily.
I am totally happy with what you led us through here. Blessings to you and yours.

Thanks so much for doing this project every year and your inspiration! This year, I did it a week early and finished my in just a few days--your beautiful kit really made it easier to get it done and optimize the time I have to spend on it. Looking forward to doing it again! Thanks so much for all you do.
