The 2016 Week In The Life™ kit is now available for pre-order.
A seven-day documentary project, Week In The Life™ began in 2005 as an annual opportunity to capture the simple everyday details of life with photos and words. The albums I've created are some of my most treasured in that they are wonderfully true representations of my family's life at a particular point in time. From the mundane to the profound, it's those simple little everyday moments that I treasure most.
This year I'll be documenting a week in my life in early May. You are welcome to do this project any time or join me in May. I'll be sharing my documentation process and how I work with the kit after my week here on my blog as usual. Kit pre-orders will ship the first week in April.

Here's a look at the 2016 kit:
I love this kit.
Printed chipboard circles + black chipboard alpha (includes two of each letter) + gold-foil Day of the Week 4x6 cards + 31, 3x4 journal cards (one-sided) + a 3x4 stamp set + wood veneer numbers + rubber rectangle words + acrylic hearts + word/phrase stickers + time washi tape + large plastic day of the week letters. Yes.
When you choose a kit you have the option of either a black album with a gold label or a printed "stories" album:
I'm honestly not sure which album I'm going to use yet. As you'll see in the video walk-through below, we sized the black chipboard alpha to fit perfectly on the label on the front of the black album to add an initial for you or your family's name.
These albums have a 2.5 inch spine. This is larger than the Week In The Life™ album spine last year (this album is the same width as the 2015 December Daily® albums).
Included with the kit are enough page protectors (24) to follow along with my personal plan for the album.
If you'd like to order more page protectors those are also available in a variety of designs to add to your box during the pre-order period.
In addition, while supplies last (or until the pre-order period ends on March 31) you'll receive these chipboard day of the week dividers free with your kit.

You can add anything to your box from the Week In The Life™ Pre-Order page between now and March 31st. After that we'll pack it all up and ship it out to you starting the first week ion April. Free shipping for domestic orders. $10 flat rate for international shipping.
New digital layered templates for Week In The Life™ and a digital set of the cards & stamp from this kit will be available closer to May.

ordered!!! right away! LOVE it!! Now off to try to get to finish my last year's WITL... as soon as I finish Jan and Feb in PL))) Storytelling with PL was so inspiring that I'm sure I'll have no problems with that whatsoever.

I've documented along with you for week in the life several times but I've never made an album. I always think I'll do a photo book but somehow I never get around to it. I love my December Dailys though so I'm wondering if maybe I'm just more of a physical memory keeper. We'll see what March's budget holds :)

Hi Ali - Can you pls sell this kit next time without the albums esp as the exchange rate for many international subscribers is not great.

I second that, I love the album, don't get me wrong but would love the option not to ship it to Australia and would love to include it in my PL so wouldn't need the album. Great job on the kit!
We will definitely consider that for next time. Just a heads up that It's likely that the flat rate shipping would still be the same or similar since we are allowing you to fill a box of products (vs shipping based on just one item).
I'm here in the US and would love an album opt out option. I plan on using the supplies to put in my regular 12x12 album. I am giving the 6x8 album to my 8-year old . I can't wait to get her into scrapping!

Love the look of this kit! Will the stamps with the large days of the week be restocked? They would be very useful (probably why they are already sold out :) ).

Hi! They won't be restocked during the WITL preorder period but they will be added to the shop when they come back in!

This kit is so gorgeous, I just closed my eyes to the exchange rate and ordered over the week-end. Just curious...how would one know if you were still in time for the "while stocks last" offer of the index tabs?

Is there any plans to turn the thicker days of the week digi into a stamp set? I'd be all over that. Also, just curious, is the index dividers sized to 3x8? Wondering if I could use the larger Morning/Afternoon/Evening 3x8 from last year to fit to the back of the tabs. I really liked those for showing food pictures.
