What is your happiness today?

losing another 2 pounds, watering my plants on the back porch, listening to music at my desk, seeing photos of my friends baby, knowing my sweet husband is thinking of me because he has emailed me twice already! My list could go on and on.

My happiness today was my DD walking into her daycare, saying hello to her friends, deciding she didn't want to play garage at that moment in time, walking over to the book area, choosing a book, laying down on the her belly on the pillows and spending some quiet time with that book. Wish I had my camera!

my students! i teach middle school students with learning disabilities and they are an incredible joy in my life.

Spending the day at the beach with my friend and our sons ....thx for sharing your hapiness and making us think about ours ! grts, D@nielle

My happiness is coming home, having the dog act like I was the coolest person on earth, then going out to walk the dog with my husband - us chatting about our days and the dog bounding along like life is awesome. Being with each other (DH) after him being gone for 15 months is happiness.

About 6 weeks ago I was at the food court in the mall with my 2 yr old. A lady sitting next to me was filling out an application. She asked me if I could help her. I did. Today I saw her working at the store I had helped her fill the application out for. It made me smile.

my happiness today was lying in bed with my three sleeping darlings(5,3 & 1)and listening to the rain fall out side.....so peaceful to listen to ...the breath of sleeping children and the pitter patter of rain in flight.

three tired children at their bedtimes and abuela reading them a story so that i could sneak a quick peak at your blog before we put on a movie! hallelujah.

My happiness today? In NZ it is Saturday, we have just started Winter and have had a week of cold weather, but today is beautifully sunny and warm. My son has lost 2 teeth, is over his chicken pox, and has not had a meltdown. My daughter has tonsillitis and has antibiotics, but is feeling 1000% better, has had her violin lesson and her teacher is rapt with her progress. My husband loves me. We are about to have lunch (homemade pumpkin and bacon soup and toast) and then I will be scrapping (actually doing my homework for CC2006 scrapbooking event in August) this afternoon. Life is great. :D

My happiness today is watching the world come peacefully together to watch one sport (soccer). So amazing that just one sport can bring so many people together.
Much like our scrapbooking hobby, isn't it?. :)

A New Day!! A brighter day!! A 3 day holiday weekend, with the kids, hubby and friends! YAY!

my happy-ness is from the fact that we just placed an offer on a great house that we love. I am hopeful it will be accepted. It will be sad if the deal doesn't go through. But I am content with the happy feeling I have right now. :)
