One of my favorite parts about the holidays last year was participating in Shimelle's Christmas Art Journal Class. Even though I didn't finish it last year, I love how it connected me daily to the holiday season in an artful and reflective way. I love that it gave me something to focus on and pushed me to try new things.

I highly recommend this experience. No pressure. Just good prompts and lots of sharing with others on the same journey. Not sure yet if I am going to have a chance to participate this year - December is shaping up to be pretty busy for us with a couple weekend workshops, a vacation, and hopefully a move into a new house. If my new house gets decorated I will consider that a huge accomplishment.

Glad you are feeling better than yesterday Ali. I did Shimelle's Learn Something New Every Day class and loved it. I've been tossing up whether or not to do the Christmas workshop. I think I'm #328 to comment but stick me in anyway please. Have a great day and keep resting if you can.

Seriously loved the art journal last year. I totally need prompts to help me do that :) Hope you guys have a BLAST at Disney it's the coolest place for family vacations. Good luck with the move and decorating-don't over do it, enjoy the moments as they happen.

Glad to hear your doing better! Sickness is running rampant in my house now! lol I love the idea of a Christmas journal...I just got back from the scrapbook store myself, shopping for a few supplies so I can start on an journal with a Christmas theme, so add my name to the drawing!
