I second the WOW! One of my favourite quotes about Peace is 'Be the Peace you want to see in the world'. I think this sums up a few things. My word is 'calm'. Calm before I speak, Calm before I lose the plot, Calm before I eat, think calm before I do anything really.

Simpli-FLY.
And no, that isnt a typo. Inspired by FlyLady (www.flylady.net) I'll be simplifying my life, decluttering my mind and my home and FLYing (FlyLady acronym for Finally Loving Yourself) - loving myself enough to believe in, value and nurture myself, "cos if Mama aint happy, aint nobody happy" (was that an original Oprah quote?).

Hi Ali
Just back from visiting family in the UK for Christmas and was inspired by this idea. Love PEACE great choice and I was tempted to choose that too but have decided that my word will be Rejoice. That should help me to keep on the bright side, keep my glass half full and see the positives in this chaotic life.
