I have two major struggles:
1. Getting a shot that really tells the story and shares the emotions.. I tend to get posed shots or basic shots...
2. Getting my digital pictures printed and organized along with my old pictures so that I can enjoy them, share them with others and still have them available to scrap. Sometimes I have an idea to scrap but then I can't find the right pictures. Other times, I have the pictures and have no idea what story to tell.
I would love to see what Stacy says.. I love the Big Picture and it helped me scrap differently. Hopefully Photo Freedom will free me from my struggles...
Pick me!!!

my biggest struggle?
narrowing down what to archive and then from that group narrowing down what to actually print. I want them all - problem is I will be running out of room (physically, mentally, and creatively) for them before I know it!!

My biggest struggle right now is getting my camera fixed! I've had all these great times in the last 3 weeks and canon had it for repair.
ARGH!

My biggest struggle is learning how to adjust the flash and taking great indoor pics. Sometimes I get a great pic but most of the time I get it too bright and the faces look almost whited out or too bright...if that makes sense.

I have over 7,000 pics in 3 years on my computer. My husband bought me an external drive (I had no idea what that was) because he said I was using up too much memory on the computer. Now, the files are listed by date. Can you imagine looking for a photo. I just end up reprinting pics over and over. Or I spend my time looking for a photo to scrap then in the mist of search end up spending an hour strolling down memory lane. By the time I find the picture, time is up and I don't feel like scrappin' So yes, I'm looking forward to discovering an answer to solve my dilema

I love photograpy and I love scrapbooking, but my biggest challenge is sitting down to actually organize and scrapbook the photos I've taken. I get so excited when I pick the photo prints up from the printer and I always have good intentions to scrapbook them right away, but for one reason or another I don't do it. Instead the prints just sit in the photo envelope in which they came in from the printer, which I know is not good. I need some fresh ideas to get myself motivated!

Organization of all the STUFF - pictures, CD's, negatives, etc. and photography in low light situations. Thanks for the inspiration!

My biggest CHALLENGE is group/activity oriented photos and finding a way to "cut through the clutter". I struggle to find what I want to be the "focus" of the photo- and feel like my results are a little busy sometimes.
Can't wait to see Stacy's new book!

My photo struggle is that I take a gazillion photos of the same shot. I tend to not just take one, two, or three, but many more than that. Three from each angle! :) It ends up being repetitive, and it clutters up my already jam packed hard drive!

hmmm.... definetely the system (or lack thereof) that goes with my pictures. the ones on the computer are organized, but then there's the ones in albums and then there's the old ones that are in stacks. Oh yeah don't forget about the ones from my husband's childhood that can be found floating about. Oh, just thinking about it makes my stomach churn.

Thank Ali!
I hae two struggles. One is in the printing. I find that I go to scrap and I don't have the size I want of certain pics. I like to order all my photos in big quantities, mostly because it's cheaper this way, only problem is, I don't plan for this.
My second struggle is being bold. I have a hard time pulling out my camera in weird public places. It's silly, because I have a great camera and I know the photo is usually gonna be worth any stares I get. I need to get over it!

Taking good indoor (poor lighting) photos. Everything turns out too yellow.

My biggest photo struggle is printing out my photos. I take lots of photos and organize them on the PC but rarely print them and share them with others.

The guilt of having a lot of our family and heritage photos and not having a way of sharing them with the rest of the family.
Knowing that a lot of these photos are in danger of falling into the "Stranger in the Box" category, without names.
And now there's all these digital photos that never get printed and displayed.
