I love free stuff! But this is like getting my life back from being burried under all those photos. Just like all of us out there, a couple of external hard drives, a safe full of CD copies, and boxes of mixed up photos from 1940's to present and several media cards later, where do I begin?

Biggest photo struggle? Low light and night outside photos - always too dark even with my new SLR Canon Rebel guess I need some classes : )

My biggest struggle (other than being the one picked in a contest) is finding time! How do you overcome "guilt" of not spending time with family? I can't stay up after they go to bed because I have to get up at 5:30!

Right now my biggest struggle is taking pictures! I have 2 little boys and it seems like we are so busy dealing with them at birthday parties that I don't have the time or desire to get the camera out. I didn't take not 1 picture at my niece's 10th birthday last week! I must do better!

I think my biggest challenge is that I really need a new GOOD camera. Other than that, working with shadows and such can be frustrating at times!

Hi Ali! You are so talented; & I love your work! My struggles, are having pic's on the computer (Which are organized in folders, by Yr; then by each month.) & trying to figure out what sizes I want to print(8x8)(5x7)etc. I'll see a cool layout, & then need some pics (4x6) for family &/or other uses. Then time passes,I forget, & there's all these duplicates. Its like this vicious cycle!!! It's very overwhelming!!! (And then there's the pics in boxes...) UUGGHH!!! PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks Dawn! :)

My biggest photo struggle right now is that I have a ton from over the past 10 years and no organization to them at all. The worse of it now is that my two year old loves to "look" at the pictures by dumping the box of them all over the craft room floor. I need to separate them into a box for her (photos I have already scrapped), a box of pics to scrap still, and then a box of misc. Having the time to do that has eluded me so far!

Photos of me - that's my biggest problem - I am always taking the photos and never in them, or if I am in them I just hate the photo and refuse to scrap it. I have to get over this, but for now that is my biggest problem...

My biggest photo trouble is trying to figure out how in the world I am going to scrapbook all of the pictures I take. I have four children with my oldest being 13 and my youngest being 5 months. I love Stacy's way of scrapbooking and not having to be so chronological. I am much more of a journaling scrapbooker and love the stories that go along with my pictures. I just get overwhelmed with the amount of pictures that I actually have. I will never be caught up, but is that truly what we need to aim for?? That is what I need to retrain my mind.

Remembering to take them! I struggle with not being able to see those little everyday things, and getting so caught up in the big things! I just can't figure out how to change my focus.

My biggest photo struggle is remembering to step back and take wider or longer shots. I often focus so much on close ups of people, places, things, that I miss those cool broad shots!

Organization... Ugh! My photos are everywhere--some printed, others in digital form--but ALL disorganized. Yikes!

My biggest challenge is doing something with the digital photos that I take. I think I have fear of taking the plunge into digital scrapbooking. I need to read more and just do it!

I would like to get more pictures printed but then when I actually scrapbook them, time after time I find myself preferring to use smaller than 4x6 - usually more like 2x3. So I end up printing them at home anyway. So my biggest challenge is balancing the expense of printing them with the challenge of using the 4x6s I can get printed for cheaper. And, by the way, my word for this year is BALANCE!

My biggest photo struggle is moving as soon as I take the picture and it comes out all bleary. And sometimes feeling like I'm missing out on things because I'm too busy taking photos.

My biggest struggle with photography is coming up with different pictures because I feel like i have limited subject matter (mostly myself and my surroundings, I don't have kids). I got a new zoom lens for Christmas and need some ideas of how to incorporate that into my photography/scrapbooking as well. I would love to practice more of my aperture and shutter speed techniques too!

Mine struggle is to remember to take pictures of the everyday things. I have so many pictures of the same things, just taken in a different year. I think to really connect with my family, when I am gone, will be through the everyday events, thoughts and ideas that I truly believe in and value.
