My favorite thing about memory keeping is the everyday events. I often ask my mom or grandma things about their everyday life when they were young and they can't remember many details. I love that my children or even grandchildren some day will be able to look back at the love and little details that happened everyday in our lives.

After over 1100 comments this has been said before..but.. I love appreciating the everyday things and knowing how important documenting them will be years from now.

I love spending time with my friends, putting together pages that represent what is happening in our lives right now....especially the "everyday" stuff.

After a forced break from scrapbooking because of work, I now have a fresh perspective on what I want to document to ensure my treasured memories will not be forgotten. My favorite part of memory keeping is my memories!!! Of course, new products and lots of paper are always a good thing too! lol

Hi Ali,
I've just started getting into digital scrapbooking and am able to have more options when memory keeping. I still love creating memory objects (instead of an album) that range from Christmas ornaments to memory cans to photo cubes. I love anything out of the ordinary! My nieces and folks get to re-live events and times of their lives that are very special to us all.

For me my favourite thing right now is to document my life at the moment with my new bf and our time together so that once we're married and have kids we can show our children when they're older and they can have an idea of what life was like for us.
I just wished I had that about my parents.

I am currently working on preserving all my dad's family photos. I have photos from as far back as the 1920s & 30s. It is such a blessing to be able to look back at my ancestors & learn more about my family heritage. That is my favorite part of memory keeping! Jessica

My favorites are always the stories. I don't care as much about "the trip to Cyprus", as much as I LOVE to document "that night we laughed together" - for me scrapbooking is about those stories, rather than about getting in as many pics as possible, or docuemnting "the trip". I want memories of what happened there, rather than what the city looks like. :)

My favorite part of memory keeping right now is creating treasures that we will be able to pass on to our children, and getting to do that alongside many good friends where we grow as a scrapping group together!

My girls are still little and there are so many things that I just do not want to forget. Being able to flip through albums and be reminded of those things is wonderful.

My favorite thing about memory keeping now is that their are so many ways to tell my story. I love being able to use a variety of things to tell a story and to look back at old projects and remember the fun times that I have had with friends and family.

My favorite thing about memory keeping right now is that I'm now letting my 10 year old daughter and seven year old son help document our family's adventures! Each of my children now requests to take pictures and then help with the layouts. My son is our household expert when it comes to rubons and my daughter oversees the painting of chipboard.

My favorite thing about memory keeping at this moment is getting myself on the pages. I am loving more personal types of things, the things I love, the emotions I feel-all of that. It's been theraputic and stress relieving.

Wow, awesome give-a-way! I love their kits!
My fav. part right now is remembering the stories. My DD is almost 2 and I'm due with #2 in about 6 weeks so I'm trying to get some layouts of DD's first year finished up and it just amazes me how much she has grown and changed and how life happens so quickly. And I love looking through the photos and remembering what she was like and all the happy and challenging times we've had so far. Life is good...
