Oh I got a chance to peek at the book while I visiting my BF in Salem and we were at Scrapbook Fever. LOVE IT and am so excited to get my hands on it and do more mini albums. My next mini will be documenting our summer trip to Oregon.
Thanks Ali and Congratulations on all the new things in your life!

Wow look at all the interest in your new book. I am a new fan of yours after CKU Provo. I bought one of your books there and found a golden ticket. So of course my favorite Mini project is the evoloution that I learned with you. I did it on my parents who both passed away this spring. It will be a great book to have to cherish my parents.
Thanks

My next mini book will be "house renewed." Recording all the work and changes we've made to our first home since buying it a year ago.

I am making a mini book about my "treasures"; all those little trinkets cluttering up my life, that I can't bear to part with. I am hoping that after documenting the stories + memories attached to these items, I will be able to let go of some of the stuff.

Back in the beginning of the year I started a series of Top 10 lists for myself (i.e. - things I learned to love this year, projects I worked on, favorite moments, favorite songs from the past year, new recipes I tried) and come January I want to make a mini book that includes them all to document my year.
Unless I do another one beforehand, it'll be my first mini-book!
Thanks for inspiring me Ali! And I can't wait to get my hands on your newest book!

My favorite mini book is one I created for myself containing all my 'favorites'. It's so nice to have a flick through, and it always makes me smile.

My very favorite mini books to make are travel journals.
When I don't feel inspired to actually scrapbook, I pull out some fun papers, stamps, and embellishments and I just play. I make my travel journals all different, some with whimsical tropical themes, some with plain papers or more elegant papers--so depending where we're traveling I always have a book that goes with the 'feel' of the location. I love having a few journals made up ahead of time and ready to put into the suitcase when it's time for our next trip.
When I return home I add some pictures and it makes a great keepsake.

i've got an always-in-progress mini-book project that i love -- it's a big more art journal-ish, but it includes all my favorite song lyrics/quotes.

My favorite mini book is an altered
old book I made about my mom for my children so they could get to know her. She passed away when my daughter was two. In it are notes she sent me, pictures of my granparents and where I spent my childhood. I work on it when I feel inspired emotionally. I love sharing it with them and my family even though it is not done.

My favorite mini-book is one I did as a hybrid project (traditional/digi). It is of the only camping trip I have even been on....ever.
My husband and I took the kids camping overnight--it was a new experience for everyone but my husband!

I've only done 1 mini. That's why I desperately need your book :) It was a Father's Day present for my husband, with pictures of all the fun they had during the Summer in our pool. He loved it!

I don't have too many baby photos of my son, so I think my favourite mini book is one I made of him with some super cute baby photos. I have an addiction to mini books though, so I have a few more that I really love too.

My favorite mini book is an old altered book I created about my mom who passes away 9 years ago. I was never able to scrap book anything of her until recently. I wanted to create something special about her so my children could get to know her. They love looking at it and it has been very theraputic for me.
