I love creating mini books - it's so hard to choose one! But I guess I would have to say my favorite book is one I made for my sister on her 36th birthday. I made it 4 years ago and we both still love looking at it. Some of the ones I plan on making soon include board books for my youngest son, and a book about my oldest son and his best friends. Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy of your book and to share a bit about myself!

My favorite mini books as of today are the Princess "autograph books" i made for my girls for our recent trip to Disneyland. My youngest just turned 1, and she loves to look at the book with all the Princess.

I'm working on a Kindergarten mini book for my daughter who just started school. I also just finished one about our trip to Disneyland! I would love to get this book, otherwise I will have to save for it for a while!

I just did one in March about the birthday trip my sister and I took to the Biltmore Mansion in North Carolina. I love being able to use the old world designs and flourishes in it (as it went with the theme of the mansion) Gosh I love that mini book. I think I look at t once a week and still I ad things to it.

I have been waiting for this book and can't wait to get my hands on it.
I am currently working on 2 mini albums (one for my wife and I and one for my brother and niece) to tell the story of our first NASCAR race at Indianapolis and all the sights and sounds of the experience. I am using colored card stock and acrylic for the pages and thick cardboard from a 5X7 7 Gypsies mini album for the covers. There is a pocket page for the tickets and other memorabila we picked up at the track. I can't wait to get them finished!

Your new book looks great. I love mini albums so much! I've made a few as gifts in the past that always get given away, so I think my favorite is a paper bag mini book I made of my son just for me to keep and look at and read over and over. It's displayed in my hutch in the dining room and gets picked up often with lots of great comments from guests. So fun to make and look at!

My favorite mini book is the one I made for my nephew of his bird, Milo, when I was birdsitting while his family went on an extended vacation. I purchased a fake bird that looked like Milo and took it with me everywhere I went. I took photos of the "bird" at every place and made an album. It took my nephew quite awhile to figure out it wasn't really his Milo!

I've only done 2 or three mini books so far. But I just bought the Simple Scrapbooks Mini Album edition. And there are so many great ideas. I think the first one I am going to work on is one of the kids Halloween Costumes. My oldest is 8 and my youngest is 4 so I think it's a perfect time to do it.

my current favorite mini books are a clear album that i did for our three children called "My Wish" (yes, i used the lyrics from rascal flatts). it included newborn hospital photos and their senior photos. i journaled how i felt the day that they were born and then how i felt on their graduation day and what i wished for them. i used foof-a-laa hall pass papers and tons of transparency sheets that i made library card pockets for journal tags, etc.
the other favorite mini album is a rusty pickle album with all types of pockets that i cut open to be flaps for hidden photos and journaling. i also used rusty pickle papers in blacks and whites. the title of this album is for my husband titled "still the one" (and yes, i used the lyrics from the group orleans!!)
can't wait to see your new book ali. winning one would be a bonus however, i will buy one if i don't win!! can't wait...
thanks for the great ideas and the wonderful friend that is giving the books away and offering savings on orders also!!!

My favorite mini-album is one of my son, Joey. It's titled "Almost 3!" - my son was diagnosed with Autism about 6 months ago and has been in EI for about a year. Well, the few months leading up to his 3rd birthday he hit SO many huge milestones ...and so I documented those milestones in this mini-album called "Almost 3!" -- By far, the most adored and favorite of mine. Love ya Ali -- you are truly an inspiration.

Well, one of my most favorite mini books is about affirmations for myself, things I need to remember everyday. It's pretty small and also filled with some of my most precious nature pictures I took.. Just love it!

My favorite minibook so far is one I created last fall. All summer I took a picture of our 3 year old son in the wheat field beside our yard. He was so much a part of the process - reminding me that it was time to take his pic again. It is fun to look back now at the progressions that were captured in each picture - the crop growth, the weather changes (seen in the clothing choices), and the growth of our young farmer. My minibook was on 3x5 chipboard bound with rings.
I would love a copy of your book - and continuing to explore the minibooks with our new daughter (born this summer). Congrats on your new addition!

I love doing Christmas mini books that can be set out during the holidays to look through. It is a fun way to capture each season in a small way.
