I copied a "Mommy Wisdom" book idea from a certain life artist (thanks again, by the way, for the great idea) and made a version for a friend having a baby. Still remains my favorite to this day although I've done many, many others.

My favorite minibook i've done so far was the one you had here on your website. It had "Just a little note to my sweet son..." and the front and back were blue painted chipboard and the inside consisted of clear overlays with pictures and notes stapled inside. I made one for each of my kids and love to go back and look through them.

My favorite mini book was one I made for my boyfriend. It had 10 pages and each page list a reason why I love him. I am looking forward to make a small mini book for a friend who just bought her first house....and I'd love to get ideas from your new book!

My favorite minibooks I have done are probably the ABC books I have made for each of my kids for their third birthdays. My last kiddo's due for one of her own in a couple of months- I'd better get cracking on it! LOL

I am currently working on a mini ablum on our first thoughts of the birth of my son (little over-due but it's my current project), I am also getting ready to do the prep work for the 25 days of Christmas, Ali yours was so beautiful I hope to be able to capture those kind of moments for us this year. I myself tend to do more mini albums for people and myself rather than full complete pages. I am hoping to expand on what I've done as I am a very simple scrapbooker. I've recently purchased some of your digital brushes including the christmas sets.
Fingers crossed for your book!

I have so many favorite mini books! My current fav is one I made for my husband for his birthday. I used a 7Gypsies spiral mini with pocket pages. I decorated each pocket with super cool paper themed around what would be in the pocket. I then included gift cards to 3 of his fav coffee shops, lotto scratchers, an itunes gift card, cash for a new bike, a wild card coupon that was good for free time (we have a 2 year old) and the last one had a permission slip for 8 bike rides. When he opened it, he said it was the best present he had ever gotten. Go mini books!

hello ali, a mini book that i'm in the midst of planning would be a simple one actually. about my family. i've never been the kind of kid that would say " i love you" to my parents or my family member. i guess its not exactly 'normal' for us to say it. my parents used to think that i don't really love the family or even bother about things happening in the family. ( because i'm always invloved in school activities and work)and also due to many different complications. after getting exposed to scrapbooking, i've decided to create a minibook to put my thoughts into words and picture to express my love for them, after all im not really good with expressing myself face to face. yup, that would be one

I don't scrap big pages anymore, but just make mini books. My favorites are an Easter book I made for my daughter from Chicago when she was here for Easter with her family and the second one is one about a recent trip to spend time with our daughters and grandkids at out cottage in Wisconsin. I'm making one for each family.

A mini book that will be a favorite is under construction right now. Because I no longer live near my parents I wanted to capture all the fun we have and the love we share when they come to visit my family. I am making two copies of the book titled (for my parents) "My Oregon Life" (for my girls) "Papa, Buelie, & Us". My hope is that when my parents leave the fun & love the shared with us can be looked at everyday. I am sure your new book will help me complete this little project in grand style, thanks for all the inspirations.

My up coming project for mini album, is a tribute album for my mom. She did so much for me and my brothers and I want to do this album for her birthday. I plan to use pictures of us when we were babies, toddlers, teenagers, and our wedding pictures. On each page, there'll be quotes on what she means to us.
can't wait to see your new book. :-)

My favorite was one I created for my husband that I just called 'because". He had wanted to go to an annual boys trip last year but certain circumstances made him feel like he shouldn't go. I chatted with one of his friends and surprised him with the trip and gave him the mini book full of all the reasons I felt like he should take the trip. It was only words and no photos but he loved it and was so happy I made him go.

Hi,
My 4yo ds loves trains, there is a local gentleman that opened up a train type museum that has over 100 very detailed minature train displays, very interesting and mind-blowing. We had a date last week and that was his choice along with lunch at panara bread, we are going to print out the pictures and make a mini-book of the train museum. So looking forward to creating this with my ds.
Thank you for a wonderful give-away, so generous.

Favorite mini book? I have to say the one I made for my daughter. I often make most of my mini books for other people, so this time i made one full of my daughter. I enjoy watching her flip thru the book time and time and again.

I created a mini book when my daughter was born. I have included all the hospital bracelet we accumulated. Included in there is a picture of me (in the very beginning of a page) so pregnant and after (the sacrafice we all mothers do) a beautiful baby in my arms at last. I am currently trying to duplicate the same thing for my son. I better start working on it. Thanks for the inspiration you always share to everyone.

My favorite mini-book project is titled "Grandpa's Garden." I created it from photos taken of my dad's garden the day after he passed away. He tended the garden everyday until the day he died. His garden was such a special gift that he left for us to enjoy. Though the mini-book is simple (filled with photos and quotes) it says so much about what was important to him. I love making mini-books to preserve memories and this one is my most precious. It helps me remember Dad's garden exactly as he left it.

My favorite mini book is my first one made in an 8 x 8 acrylic album. A challenge, for sure, but love looking at the NSD photos inside with all of the Berry Sweet embellishments I used to showcase my memories of the fun weekend I had with my scrapping friends.
