Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

Fall means going to the pumpkin patch, hot chocolate with marshmallows, celebrating my youngest's birthday and esp for the kids picking out a costume.

I used to get sick every fall after the start of school - but these days we try to go to Apple Hill in Northern CA and celebrate the apple harvest.

Fall sometimes arrives late here in Savannah, except this year we've already hit some lower temps and crisp air; we open the windows of the house, pull on the sweatshirts and slipper socks, hot chocolate is on the grocery list, it's halloween costume picking out time and a awesome, pumpkin patch with our church, walks perusing God's creation and cub scouts gets kicked in full swing.

I celebrate the Fall by making an annual outing to the pumpkin patch with the kiddo.
I always make sure the kiddo has new rain boots so he can do a lot of puddle jumping - one of my favorite things :)

Pumpkins, everywhere. Lots and lots of pumpkins. You cannot have too many pumpkins all over the house in the fall.

We have a good neighborhood for trick-or-treating, so my famiy all comes to my home on Halloween. We eat homeade chili, rolls, and apple cider and just have lots of fun.

Our favorite celebration is at the pumpkin patch and this year my 3 year old used a golf tea and a hammer to make the beautiful pumpkin you featured on your blog. Thanks for the tip.

We spend weekends at our airstream trailer on the north shore of Lake Superior. Love, love, love fall weekends there. This past Sunday we closed up for the season and won't return until May. Weather was brisk, but dry and still colorful. I've already sorted my photos and uploaded them to be printed. That is one scrapbook I love to look through in the bitter days of January!

My favorite things about fall:
Pajamas with feet, pumpkin patch, apple pies, making halloween costumes, playing in the leaves, hot chocolate, carving out our jack-o-lanterns, group snuggles to get warm. This is the good stuff.

It's hard to believe it's fall when it's still 90 in SoCal, but I love to hit the apple farms and pumpkin patches and my son and I love to decorate the house with leaves and pumpkins.

We celebrate mostly by breaking out all the pumpkin recipes! Also, the summer is pretty hot where we live, so the cooler weather is a nice chance to be outside more. We have a fire pit in our backyard that doesn't see much action until the fall.

This is our first FALL (we relocated from Singapore Nov last year). There seems to be a lot going on in this season, Halloween & Thanksgiving. We have been busy putting up our decorations & putting our costumes together... we are starting our Fall tradition and I'd love to include a pumpkin patch visit. I learned over the weekend that our place doesn't really get the "leaves changing color in fall" thing. I was so looking forward for walks with colorful trees & foliage around & collecting a perfect fall leaf. Oh well...

Fall is really a family time. We decorate the outside together; we rake leaves and play together; and we spend a lot of time at the pumpkin patches together. The food for Fall even beg to be made and consumed together ~ muffins, cobblers, stews, chilli. It's a wonderful time of year and our favorite :)

We gather up the whole family (grandparents, aunts, uncles and all) and head out to Yee Haw Adventure Farm! This place celebrates fall like no other place I've ever seen. Boo Barn, Corn Maze, Cow Plop Bingo, Silo Climb, Racing Hogs, Farm Animal Show, Climing Goats, Haunted Hayride, Sugar Shack and more. A full day of fun is sure to be had by all!

We celebrate fall by harvesting the pumpkins we planted in the garden, going to the farm for apples and cider, lots of baking and just enjoying the colors, cool weather and breaking out the warmer clothes!

Fall is my favorite season so I celebrate in loads of ways: Our apartment is completely decorated every room has something Fall or Halloween and on November 1st all the Halloween stuff will be changed for Thanksgiving stuff, there is a great art festival I go to every fall and we try to take advantage of one of the theme parks Halloween happenings. We also host Thanksgiving so we have already started planning the menu and I started working on crafts for the table and gifts for my guests. It's such a busy happy time!

We celebrate fall by going for long walks, and sometimes drives through local parks with fall color, trying to "soak up" the rich color.
