Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

Fall is riding in my dad's horse drawn cart on dirt country roads, which reminds me to thank God for His beautiful creation! Plus a mug of warmed cider with whipped cream and caramel on top adds to a perfect day!

Fall is my favorite season and there are lot of little things that I enjoy doing to celebrate the season like decorating the front porch, drinking hot apple cider, raking leaves, and visiting the pumpkin patch.
This year we're doing something new that will surely become a family tradition. My cousins and I are getting together for a pumpkin carving party in memory of our grandmother! Before she passed away, we would get together on Halloween for a potluck dinner and then take the great-grandkids out trick-or-treating. Although I miss my grandma, I'm really looking forward to this!
Happy fall!

Hi Ali,
We have a lot to celebrate during the fall months. Our wedding anniversary is in the fall, my husband's birthday is in the fall -the big 40 this year, and as Red Sox fans, we have celebrated great October baseball the last few years. But more traditionally, I love to bake apple pies and soups once the cool New England air arrives. We go apple picking. Something my kids love -- the neighborhood kids "ghost" each other. Which is basically making up a basket of goodies and secretly leaving it on a friend or neighbors doorstep, ring the bell and run like crazy so you don't get caught! That is probably the best fall tradition we have. Hope your fall is going well our west!

we do tour de nature...starts with the apple orchard, then the pumpkin patch then the christmas tree farm and in between all of that we have a pumpkin decorating party, costume party, fall party at school with yummy food and fun crafts. lots of apples, cider and baking throughout the fall - the crisp sunny afternoons make the perfect weather for sailing with the kids with a hot dog roast and bonfire to top the evening off : )

Fall is my favorite season. I love being able to wear jeans and a sweatshirt, and feel just right. I love going up into the mountains and viewing the beautiful colors in the leaves. I also love raking up the leaves in my yard into a pile and jumping into it like I used to when I was younger. Cider and donuts-not the cider you get from the store that tastes like apple juice, but real cider that has a bite to it, that you can only get from the cider mills. I make lots of things with pumpkin, pumpkin cookies, bread, cake, muffins, pancakes, etc. I love the Fall season.

We love fall around here! We love to play outside and go for walks because it's finally cool enough (we live in Texas). We also love to bake anything with pumpkin in it. Thanks for the great giveaways!

We head to the pumpkin patch for pictures and I get totally into crafting mode! The cool weather (which is a great reprieve to the south Mississippi summers) puts me in the mood to create things with my hands-and I tend to go overboard!

Our favorite part of fall is the changing leaves. Each year we celebrate the start of fall by hiking up in the mountains and photographing the changing leaves. I have done this since I was young with my parents and now my husband and I do it together.

Shoot--my other post didn't take :( We seem to associate this time of year with food--apple cider, spice muffins, chai latte.....trips to the apple orchard and pumpkin patch.....lots of COUCH TIME with hot chocolate. Generally just slowing down to enjoy the crisp air and each other's company.

We celebrate by getting our wood ready for the winter season, and walks through the trails behind our house. Lots of baking and movies by the fire. Pumpkin patch time, and halloween prep. Usually a busy time for my photography but I took a few months off because I've been really ill in the begining of this pregnancy.
We've been enjoying lots of family time and gatherings. Getting ready for all the winter birthdays that are coming. Fall is just cozy. We love it. Hot Choco to all!
