Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

Happy Tuesday morning!
I love to celebrate Fall by taking a rambling drive through the North Georgia mountains. It is so great to get out of the city and see the beauty that is all around at this time of year!
Thank you for doing the giveaway-how fun!

We celebrate Fall holding small, warm hands during walks in crisp, cool air, carving pumpkins and lighting them at night to share creepy shadows, and enjoying hearty, warming soups. Best wishes to you and your family, Ali, for a wonderful Fall.

Fall is the best season in North Texas by far. Like the Arizona poster said, it's our chance to get outside and enjoy the golden light and cool breezes after being air conditioned to death. We plant a garden, get out the costumes, and cheer for our Texas Tech Red Raiders. But there is no tradition more dear than the baking of the first batch of Pumpkin Chocolate Bread. I found it in a magazine in 1997, the first October I was married and out of college. I made some last Friday for our kindergartner's first Fall Festival at school. For my husband, girls, and me, those first bites of tasty goodness represent the embarrassment of good times and joy that fall brings.

OOOh cool.
Fall is by far my favorite time of year. Wish we had more of a fall here in California. But still, we go all out with halloween decorations, lots of pumpkins and then celebrate my most favorite holiday...Thanksgiving. Throw in some leaf jumping and walks in the crisp air. And yay, I love fall!

Besides the usual stuffs like trip to pumpkin patch, halloween parties for kids, trick-a-treat around the neighbour my family has one special outing for fall. We go maple leave picking when the leaves have turn to this gorgeous fall hues. We each pick our "best" find and I put a scrapbook page for them. Of course we end up with more than just four leaves. Usually a basket full just incase someone change their mind about the first "best" leaves. That's how we celebrate fall.

In northern Ontario (Muskoka-Parry Sound) it's all about walks in the woods and drives down country roads to enjoy the beautiful sugar maples as they turn to dazzling displays of reds, yellows and oranges, contrasted against the deep, darkness of the evergreens. And there's nothing that signals autumn like the smell of the fallen leaves and woodsmoke as people begin lighting their fireplaces.

I love to make pumpkin chocolate chip bread, jalepeno jelly and all kinds of soups. Of course the carving of the pumpkin for Halloween and here in Texas we might get two days of fall, so we bust out the sweaters for it. Then, it is back to shorts and flip flops. Keep creating, CindyML

Living in Florida we don't see the leaves change and fall doesn't come for a long time. Fall to us is cooler days of 75 rather than 95! To celebrate fall I have to run down to Starbucks and get a Pumpkin Spice Latte as soon as they come out. Oh and a cinnamon broom to make my apartment smell good to! I love to go to the park and take in the cooler weather and walk with my dog and of course take photos!

The fall is our favorite time! Anything and everything apples and pumpkins; visits to farms; hiking in the changing woods; dressing up and heading to the zoo; carving pumpkins with friends and family--there is an endless list of things to do!

I celebrate by eating pumpkin seeds, enjoying the fall colors, and enjoying sweatshirt weather. Oh, and of course, by watching football every Sunday with the guys. This, by far, my favorite time of year.
