Three Things : Three Giveaways
A fun Tuesday giveaway:
1. Five gift certificates to Songbird Avenue. Here's what's cool about these guys: they are a digital scrapbooking-based online boutique
whose proceeds are donated to various charities each month in an effort
to give compassionately to those in need. Definitely a site to check out and support.
2. One November kit from Stampin With Steph (a Stampin Up independent demonstrator).
3. One November kit (designed by Stacy Julian) for Cocoa Daisy (you will receive this in early November).
To be entered into the drawing leave a comment below and let me know how you celebrate the fall season. Comments will be closed today (Tuesday) at 8pm Pacific and the winners announced shortly after.

We have neighborhood chili dump and "trick or treat" for the kids. We each bring a dish to pass and my son (age 14) and I always make a fun "scary" dessert. Its become a traditional mom/son activity!

Sounds fun!
We usually paint pumpkins instead of carve them - and decide on our Halloween costumes. We don't like to purchase costumes, so we get creative with what we have and thankfully, my mom can sew. Last year we were an Indian and a doctor. This year I'm thinking rodeo cowboy and referee...

I love wearing sunglasses during the fall. The lens seems to filter the light in such a way, the reds and yellows seem deeper, the blue sky seems brighter.

There are several things we do as a family to celebrate the fall, because it's my fav season! We go apple picking, spend time at the pumpkin patch, plant mums together, and spend time playing in the leaves. Thanks for the chance for some scrapping goodies!

Actually, I made a couple little punched paper collages inspired by your Christmas one. They are ADORABLE! I did a Halloween set and a Thanksgiving set and got a couple little square frames to put them in. They're just about 5x5" set out with my glass mosiac pumpkin - cute & festive!

I took my brand new grandson (8 months) to our local "pumpkin patch" and took oodles of photos - we waited many years for this buster to come along and to see him sitting among those pumpkins was the BEST way to celebrate this season.

Going to the pumpkin patch to get pumpkins is the first thing we do to celebrate! This is my FAVORITE time of year and my favorite thing to do. If I had my way, I would bring them all home with me!
Thanks for the chance to win!! Hope I am lucky today!!

I am a VT girl who lived in Colorado for years and then 2 months ago moved to southern California (the desert) where there is no Fall. This year we have looked at lots of old foliage pictures, had my parents send us a box of VT apples and I even gave in and drank a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks - not quite the same when it is 97 outside!

What a beautiful giveaway!
Fall to our family means lots of hot chocolate after a day of playing outside in the leaves or visiting the pumpkin patch. It means decorating for Halloween and enjoying the crisp air. It means that the holidays are beginning and that the nervous days of back to school are behind us!

In Catalonia we celebrate La Castanyada, the night of 31st of October. In the origin was also a funeral ritual like Halloween. We eat Panellets (a traditional dessert), and chestnuts, sweet potatoes and drink sweet wine.

Fall is my favourite time. Being Canadian, we've already had our Thanksgiving, celebrated with lots of family and food.

We don't really have fall in Hawaii, but for Thanksgiving we all head over to my mom's house. She cooks at least 2 turkeys and we eat around the ping pong table. Then when we're done we clean it off and have a tournament.

I celebrate fall by going on a drive through our local apple orchards. The trees are so pretty all full of apples, and the smell is amazing. Thanks for the chance to play!

I live in South Texas where it's way too hot in the summer (May-September/October!) to do much outdoors. So when fall is really here, I just like being outside. It doesn't matter if I'm taking a walk, shopping at an outdoor mall, or just sitting at an outdoor restaurant, I love being outside when it's "cool".

For me, Fall means the start of baking, the impending holidays; and all of that means MORE photos to take! I've already started with the James Taylor concert yesterday, and our Vegan Dinner last Saturday.

For me Fall is breaking out the sweaters, buying candy corn for a dish on my coffee table, picking up a Hot Vanilla Cream now and then at Starbucks, taking pictures of the beautiful Fall leaves and making some of my favorite fall dishes like roasted sweet potatoes with chicken apple sausage. Mmm!
