The best thing about today is I get to see my friend Tammy ;)

something good is that my nices are over for supper.

My "high" for today was walking into my son's school to volunteer - and getting to see him smiling and laughing with his friends. He wasn't aware I'd be helping today - so it was as if I got to glimpse that part of his life I'm not a direct party to :-) Blessings, Vicki

Today I had to drive downtown for a meeting which I don't often do. For me was like visiting a new world and I felt like a tourist in my own town - it was a lot of fun!

After working every weekend for 5 years as a hospital administrator, I got a normal job monday through friday! Just found out a couple of hours ago. Totally stoked!

My son's algebra homework is easy today, which makes for a GREAT day!

Something good about today....How can I pick just one thing? Here are a few highlights: lunch at the park with new friends, watching my children help their 2yo sister play on the playground, the fantastic Colorado fall weather, and seeing my 10yo daughter really get into this week in the life project. We are a week behind most of y'all (documenting this week instead of last) and it just makes me smile to see her grab my camera to catch bits of our everyday life! Blessings! April

Hi Ali--We had a staff luncheon at work today. Hard Times cafe. It was yummy and nice to be able to chat with colleagues.

Love your ideas Ali! Today I got to have a yummy sushi lunch date with my husband - love those!!

It's been a crazy week, and I haven't had a chance to get started putting everything together. I enjoyed seeing what others have done, and can't wait to get started!

Easy one today - we spent the morning at the bookstore, drinking hot chocolate (or coffee) and selecting books/activities for Friday's drive to Disneyland! I also picked up my pictures today for my album, so I get to start tonight!

Something good about today...I found time to run and work on my A Week In the Life project. Usually during the week it's either or.

The best thing about today is how the wonderful fall weather made me so thankful for all that I have - family, friends, a great job that I love going to, a home, and so much more. Funny how a quiet drive can do that :)

it was rainy. and i loooooove that :).

The best thing about today was being able to sit down for lunch with my kids and just talk and listen to them. The many hugs and kisses I get from them on a daily basis always bring a smile to my face too.

I finished up jury duty today!

I love the idea of scrapbooking, but I'm always too daunted to start. Thank you for showing everyone's pages, demonstrating that even a simple page can be beautiful and tell a lovely story.

TO be honest, the only good thing today is that it is my 2nd day of working out with a trainer- working on myself for once. Its the only thing in my life thats stable.
