Week in the Life : sharing samples + giveaway

I made the lady laugh so hard when I made funny good bye before she got off the express bus today since it was so hard raining after work.
Love your project and what great ideas people create. I save this project for the future since I am a full time employee.

I've been working tons of overtime and today I got to leave at 5 like a normal person... :) And my best friend might be pregnant and it's a wonderfully beautiful day outside

Something good about my day so far...
Well it is only 9:32am here but my good thing was receiving an email from ym Aunty in Canada, my Nan with cancer is going back home :D

A former student of mine, who is a high school senior, attended the hair stylist program in our vocational school and has been going to her senior classes in the morning and working in a REAL salon in the afternoons and today, I received my first haircut from her. She did a really good job, better than I've had in years and she noticed things about my hair (thicker on the left side, curls in back on the left side) that no one else has ever noticed but me.
I'm so proud of her and was happy to give her my money and a huge hug!
Bad hair day??? Nope. Great Hair Day!

Love watching my kids interact with my parents....they had a swim in Nanny and Poppys pool today (getting warmer here in Australia), and I really enjoyed listening to the conversation and noticing how its changing as they're getting bigger.

Didn't actually play along with this but am following closely as I want to do it in the near future. So many great projects always in my head - now to get some of them down on paper (and photos, of course) :)

Something good about today... baby is sleeping and all is quiet in the house, dog at my feet, my free day from my other 2 cherubs, time to scrapbook :) A very good day.

Something good about my day...both kids went to school and I scrapped! Finished the 2007 pics that I had already printed. Even added journaling to all the pages! Need to add a few dates and they'll be done!

Something good about today...
I spent two and a half hours helping the Kinder through 2nd graders work on the balance beam in Motor Perception class today.

ali, this project has really made me look around and see what's important in what sometime seems like a very busy life. today i woke up-VERY early to a little face pressed close to mine saying 'i luh ooh mama'

I made time to finish my book club book, "Mary, Mrs. A Lincoln" by Janis Cooke Newman. Wow! Never thought I would like historical fiction, but LOVED it!
Also worked on canvas paintings of book covers for my daughter's school library. Love when I spend time creating a little something every day!

Today is a milestone for Bob and I. It is our 25th wedding anniversary. What can possibly be more special than that?;)

I am glad to a have a couple of hours to myself today to be able to create a project. Thanks for the chance.

Best thing today: My pediatrician reassured me that there's nothing wrong with my son for not being potty-trained yet. Load off my mind.

Today is my mothers birthday and she liked the birthday gift I made her.

Hi Ali...today my son and I had a great time just talking and sharing. He help to install my new web cam. We were laughing and cutting up to get the cam to follow us around. He's 15 and those days do not come by as often as I would like.

I volunteered at my son´s school today- that makes it a good day!
