Travel inspires my family and I at the moment. I am visiting your wonderful country from Australia with my husband and two amazing kids, experiencing a different way of life and seeing many wonderful cities is just amazing especially in these hard economic times. How many photos I have taken and how much scrapbooking I have to do when I get home. I read your blog everyday thankyou, you inspire me to record my life.

Lately I have been inspired by the daily deals at PeachyCheap (www.peachycheap.com)! I don't buy every deal every day, but all of the different products and project ideas that accompany the posts keep me full of ideas!

I am reading another book by Jodi Piccoult, her books always make me think and look at issues from other angles, maybe not neccessarily inspirational but thought-provoking.

I'm feeling inspired by my word for the year that I've finally chosen (better late than never right?) Embrace. I saw a quote that said "Don't put off your happy life" and something clicked inside me. I thought, I'm not going to. Not anymore. I'm going to embrace life and everything in it.

Something that is really inspiring me is all of the yellow out lately. I've been seeing a lot of butter, sunny yellow and am actively looking for ways to bring some yellow into my home--maybe something like these pillows: http://www.potterybarn.com/products/p12191/index.cfm?pkey=cpatterned%2Dstriped%2Dpillows
I also love the yellow in the March Studio Calico Kit. It's so much fun to see what people are doing with this kit!

What's been inspiring me lately are these custom made books from Good Stock Press + Bindery.

It inspires me to always find the story behind the pictures. To tell my own story with pictures and words. It inspires me to think "less is more" since it is so easy to just keep adding more and more embellishments... when really all you need is the right words, whether is many or few.

I am currently inpsired by the following photographers and their work. There is so much beauty in the world to capture and it's a really good time to focus on beauty and our blessings rather than the current state of our country.

You might laugh, but I am in between jobs right now and I am amazed at how much more room there is in my mind for inspiration! While I am not rushing against deadlines or demands, I find I am inspired to create more - I've finished two mini-albums and started doing some digital scrapping as well! Too cool!

I am totally inspired by my sisters, who ran a 5K last year. Here is a super cute picture of them: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_VB_FbHatHQA/SZsaoVy8WAI/AAAAAAAAAi4/JKUMjpVLZds/s1600-h/Rex+Lee.jpg
I'm doing the same 5K this year, and it's only 2 months after my baby was born!

Oprah. Her whole idea of living your best life is inspiring. I don't even watch tv that much but I caught this one and I can't stop thinking about it! Simplicity. Financial responsibility. Creativity. It all goes to creating your best life. So simple. So profound. So needed by me!

My daughter is inspiring me lately. She just turned six and it's magical watching her dive into books and share my love of reading!
It reminds me to take the time (even 20 minutes) before bed to read!
Thank you for the fun giveaway!
